Terms of Service
Ordering & Payment
Paypal/Ko-fi only- Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval. Invoices through paypal will include an additional service fee of aprox 5% of the original price.- I’ll be taking 4-5 slots at a time! There’s a waitlist available but I’ll be prioritizing the ones in line. I’ll let you know when your turn is close.- I can only refund your commission if I haven't started it yet. There won't be any refunds after the first sketch is sent.-To order a commission please contact me via e-mail ([email protected]) or a dm through my social media.- For an easier process you can copy/add the following form:

NOTE: Please include reference images/videos/photos of your character(s), especially if they are OC/based on real people. In case you don’t have these, please include descriptions/pictures that can help me understand and make it as close as possible.
General terms
- Time varies from 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the commission and queue at the moment.- If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap. All commissioners will receive a trello link to check on the progress of their piece.-I will send drafts along the process (sketch/lineart). Please be sure to ask for any changes at this stage. Any changes after the coloring/rendering will only be accepted if misunderstanding from my side has been made.PERSONAL USE ONLY.
Commercial use must be discussed with me beforehand and it includes anything in which you will be making profit. If you are interested, please ask for an inquiry. I'm currently open for all type of projects regarding visual development, character design (png/vtuber designs), books, merchandise, etc.All rights to the finished works or any artwork created by me in the process of completing your commission are retained by the artist. You may not sell, redistribute, or reproduce these images in any way without prior discussion with me.
Under no circumstances should my art be involved with any NFT (Non-Fungible Token), AI, blockchain, or other crypto currency method at any point.Commissions might be uploaded on my page/portfolio. Additionally, commissions based on public media/fandom content might be sold as prints/stickers for local conventions and events (OC’s, Yume art or any commission based on characters owned/designed by the client WON’T be reproduced or sold in any form). If you don’t want your commission to be shared publicly please state so at the start. Once the art is finished/posted I won’t accept claims regarding this.I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.Feel free to DM me for more information or questions regarding anything here!
